Having spent much of her veterinary career in the US studying sustainable ranching techniques, Dorit is now devoted a pioneering mission; bringing these practices to British beef farming. These images documenting her at work in 2013, managing a herd of 1500 Aberdeen Angus cattle over10,000 Acres of Salisbury Plain. Aiming to produce outdoor bred, sustainably fed beef.
